Fox Hollow itself is split into nine gated subdivisions, and Champions Club adds eight more behind Mediterranean entrances. Champions Club floor plans run 3,400 to over 4,000 square feet with three-car garages and pools. Heritage Springs is the 55-plus side: 1,337 gated homes and villas built between 1999 and 2006.
Those slabs are 20 to 30 years old now, and builder concrete ages in predictable ways. Cracks and spalls get repaired first, then diamond grinding opens the surface for the coating.
